Mission Elevation Program

The Mission Elevation Program is designed for nonprofit organizations and quasi-government entities with a shared mission to improve communities across Virginia and surrounding regions. This program provides participants with the tools, support, and guidance to address their organization's most pressing challenges, ultimately enhancing both mission impact and organizational performance.

How the Program Works

Two senior leaders from each participating organization will embark on a year-long journey, collaborating with fellow nonprofit leaders in a series of transformative experiences. The program includes:

  • Four immersive overnight retreats focused on leadership and organizational growth.

  • A dedicated executive coach to offer personalized guidance and support.

  • Multiple virtual connection points to maintain momentum and foster ongoing collaboration.

  • Peer support and networking with like-minded nonprofit leaders.

The program kicks off by helping each organization identify or refine a specific "performance challenge"—the most critical issue or opportunity they face. With your organization's performance challenge as a roadmap, you'll receive tailored support, including one-on-one coaching, a customized curriculum, and the collaborative insights of peer nonprofit leaders.
