I’m part of a nonprofit or quasi-governmental agency but unsure if I meet the program requirements. Is Mission Elevation right for me?
Mission Elevation is specifically tailored for senior nonprofit leaders who are ready to tackle their organization’s most pressing challenges in community development and revitalization. The program is designed for a pair of senior leaders from each organization to work together, so if this sounds like your organization, you're in the right place.
What kinds of challenges can Mission Elevation help my organization address?
Mission Elevation focuses on guiding organizations through key performance challenges. Common areas include:
Capacity-building
Financial sustainability
Organizational transitions
Debt management
Succession planning
Re-tooling business models
Identifying new revenue streams
Whether you're facing one or multiple challenges, the program provides the tools and support to help you navigate and overcome them.
The program sounds great, but I’m concerned about time and cost. What should I do?
Mission Elevation isn’t meant to add to your workload—it’s designed to help you work smarter and more effectively by focusing on your highest priority challenges. The tools and coaching you receive will help you streamline your efforts for maximum impact.
Regarding cost, tuition for the 12-month program is $2,000 per organization, a small investment considering the total value of $25,000, made possible by our generous sponsors. We believe cost should not be a barrier. If tuition presents a challenge, contact us to discuss how we can help.
