The Mission Elevation program has helped create a more resilient housing and community development industry since 2017. The program aims to help nonprofit and quasi-governmental organization leaders tackle their organizations greatest performance challenge through specialized coaching, peer support, and high-quality tools and resources so that they can better achieve their mission and make a difference in their communities. To date, Mission Elevation has served 31 nonprofit organizations including 59 graduates. The program has helped participant organizations implement new operational systems and lines of business creating over $18 million in cumulative financial impact for participating organizations during just their program year.
Over the course of the program, the cohort will have the opportunity to:
Receive high-quality, customized coaching to guide participants through their challenge
Connect with peers to share ideas, presentations and learn from one another
Access resources and tools to support organizational growth
Mission Elevation participants will come out of the program with the exact change that their organization needs to make a sustainable mission impact.
