The Mission Elevation Program supports nonprofit organizations and quasi-governmental entities in enhancing their mission impact and organizational capacity. Cohort 7 offers a comprehensive schedule of virtual and in-person engagements designed to foster peer learning, individualized coaching, and long-term organizational success. Cohort 7 Program Schedule

Attendance is mandatory for all retreats and key program functions. Webinars and coaching sessions will be scheduled well in advance to ensure participant availability, with flexibility for virtual engagements. Additionally, participants should anticipate some time commitments outside of scheduled program events to focus on organizational growth.

2025

  • March: Program onboarding call

  • April-May: First virtual cohort engagement and the start of one-on-one organizational coaching, continuing twice a month throughout the program

  • June 8-10: In-person Gathering in Richmond, VA

  • July: Webinar (date TBD)

  • September 28-30: In-person Gathering (location TBD)

  • November: Webinar (date TBD)

2026

  • January 25-27: Gathering 3 (location TBD)

  • March: Webinar (date TBD)

  • June 7-9: Gathering 4 & Graduation in Richmond, VA

Tuition and Costs

The cost of participation is $2,000 per organization, which covers two senior leaders. Travel costs are the responsibility of the participants. However, thanks to the generous support of our program sponsors, this fee is subsidized to make the program more accessible.
