Raven Bates Named Vice President of Organizational Development
Raven Bates has transitioned to Vice President of Organizational Development, expanding leadership across organizational operations, communications, human resources, capacity-building and learning initiatives, Board engagement, and strategic planning and decision-making.
Steve Bleile Named Vice President of Community Investments
Steve Bleile has transitioned to Vice President of Community Investments, where he will lead VCDC’s community investment strategy, including real estate development and project execution, capital partnerships, investment oversight and risk management, external partnerships, and team leadership.
Molly Dye Named Advancement Manager
Molly Dye has transitioned to Advancement Manager, supporting fundraising and resource development efforts, grant strategy and management, event-based fundraising and sponsorships, storytelling and impact communications.
